- AMAhmad MohmadSep 4, 20261.0Very disappointing customer service and unexpected 18% gratuity. My experience here was extremely disappointing. The customer service was not good, and on top of that, an 18% gratuity ($10.98) was automatically added to my bill for a party of only 2. I was not clearly informed that an 18% gratuity would be added, and I only noticed it when looking closely at the receipt. I believe customers should be clearly told about any mandatory charges before paying, rather than discovering them afterward. The food may have been okay, but the poor customer service and unexpected charge completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this restaurant

Kitchen closes at 8:30. My order would be out before then. What difference does it make if I’m there after 8:30 to pick it up…. Just as long as I’m out of there by 9pm?? Mission viejo has been at better service try them
- SYSincerely YoursAug 12, 20265.0Just curious does anyone get GI pain when they eat from here? 5 years ago when I was pregnant I ate from here next day I was throwing up blood I was admitted in ER for 3 days. Then I ate a few months ago again I had GI pain. 3 days ago I was invited here for birthday lunch and since then I have stabbing pain in my GI. I love everything about here. The food, service is excellent.
