  The food here is great. You just have to wait for it.......like really wait. Made reservations, (don't know why you make reservations, your table is never ready). Just like in Disney style, you have to wait to be seated. The table we were seated at was open the entire 25 minutes we were waiting! Then when you are seated, you wait for a server. We were seated for about 20 mins before he walked over and said he would be right back. I got up and grabbed the pitcher of water, so that we could have a drink. Our server (Jesus), was not very happy. He did not speak but a few words. Took out order and disappeared. We waited, again, for about an hour to get out food (Quesadilla, pizza and mac n cheese). Food was great, probably because we were starving by the time it got here. I am not sure if the restaurants or dining facilities are trained in the exceptional customer service as you would expect from Disney. This place did NOT meet that expectation. Disney is so big and has become really impersonal. So bot sure they will do anything about it. It all about the money. Goodluck here, plan on about a 3 hour marginal experience.

  I LOVE GLADYS. She is the best waitress we’ve ever met. So attentive. So friendly and helpful. Someone give her a raise PLEASE!!!!!!

  The food is about the same price as the park but it’s much better. The food is cooked fresh to order which takes roughly 30min.

  Great food, reasonable price and very convenient if you stay at the Grand hotel.

  So we selected GCH because of these reviews and it was a mistake. Our food took over 35 minutes to arrive. We had two salads, a poke bowl and a burger. My burger was raw and the fries were cold and stiff. The manager told us of some kitchen issues he said the fridge went out. The server said the “stove” went out. So who knows what the problem really was. Point is there was a problem. Attempts were made to remedy but damage was done. I had higher expectations of Disneyland resort restaurants.
