  muy mal servico el jerente o manager muy despota y grosero vino a mi mesa y me reclamo una orden que yo avia agarrado y nada que ver no buelvo a venir aqui a este lugar venia con mi familia gastamos 165 dolares y que mal plan del manajer les rrecomiendo este lugar si quieren que alguien los insulte solo para eso mal servicio

  I didn't realize the lobby closed at 9:00 PM, but the lobby door was still unlocked, so I walked in to pick up my online order. Instead of simply handing me the order that was already sitting right in front of them, they rushed me out and told me to go through the drive-thru. If the lobby was closed, the door should have been locked. It would have taken less time to hand me my order than to send me back outside. The customer service was disappointing.

  We don’t have a kitchen right now so we’re eating out every night. I wanted something healthy and inoffensive and thought to try el pollo loco. Idk why I hadn’t been here before but we got original bowls and they were pretty tasty! I don’t usually write reviews for fast food places but I went out of my way to go to this one because it had 4 stars 😂 The staff was super nice and gave me some extra salsa to try. I feel like good customer service is a rarity these days so I had to review! Will def keep this as a healthy and quick option.

  This store doesn’t like to give enough sauces for their meals. Since they took away their salads bar, they got more cheap.

  I would never come here again . Today Saturday may 23,2026 at 6:18 pm the whole staff where rude and when I asked for help we're not only rude but none knowledgeable
