  Food was amazing, we don't have this fast food in Washington. The employee was kind and never seen a chicken fast food that serves tortillas and rice. Better than KFC lol!

  Me and my family came to have dinner after going to Disney. When we got there we placed an order and next thing you know we were called the Pollo was fresh and yummy my kids and wife enjoyed it very much. Rosie and Eddy were very welcoming and ensure us to have a great day after we left the door . Will be coming back soon.

  Im a frequent pollo loco consumer and this specific location served me a really bad seasoned chicken burrito without the guacamole i added and then when i got the recook the flour tortilla was cold and not fresh at all never coming back to this specific location

  I order the classic burritos everyday in other locations and I've never had a burrito done so bad, had dressings that its not supposed to have, food was cold and the tortilla wasn't even cooked, worst location at making food from all the ones I've been in the past

  I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent visit to your El Pollo Loco location on Anaheim Boulevard and Ball Road in Anaheim. This happened on Friday, June 12th, at around 8:00 at night.I ordered a chicken bowl, but when I received my food, there was barely any chicken in it. It was mostly rice and toppings. When I noticed this, I politely confronted the manager on duty, whose name was Carla, to ask if this was the correct portion.Instead of being helpful, Carla responded in an incredibly rude manner. She told me that she "didn't charge me $3 extra for more chicken" and snapped that the standard portion is "only 2 ounces." Her tone was highly unprofessional, dismissive, and defensive.Even if 2 ounces is the official corporate portion size, the bowl I received did not look like it even met that small amount. Furthermore, a customer should never be treated with hostility by management for asking a simple question about the food they paid for.As a customer, I expect better food quality and much better service. I would appreciate it if corporate looks into Carla's customer service standards at this location. I would also appreciate a refund or a voucher to make up for this terrible experience.Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
