  This is the last time I stop and eat here it smells horrendous inside. The food gave me food poisoning. I went next door to withdraw money at the bank and it smells there also. It all started since pollo loco moved in. Pollo loco needs to fix whatever issue they have to fix this.

  I don't know what's special about this location but this is the best, most flavorful and juicy El Pollo loco chicken! All of the food was delicious but the chicken especially! El Pollo loco has trouble making juicy chicken recently but this location figured out the secret! The only downside is the kiosk. Id rather order with a person then the kiosk.

  I don't know why, but they never heat up their corn tortillas - they just use cold tortillas for the street tacos. I told the manager, but the next day it was the same thing. It's like they pull it out of the refrigerator and just put the meat on it.
