  So sad it was a nice sandwich place and its old location. Now you have to walk almost all the way to the Disneyland hotel and when you get there you find out it’s like cafeteria style. You have to stand in line and place your order and the gets brought to you, and it does not look as good as it used to. I predict less than a year they’ll be gone.

  We visited the new location in Downtown Disney this last week and we were so impressed! The inside is beautiful and the seating is comfortable and the music is entertaining. The food is amazing! Our kids wanted to go there every day and we just about were there every single day getting sandwiches and soups and tried a couple delicious cookies too! Very impressed! 10/10

  Went JULY 4TH and it was a nightmare in here. The cashiers looked all in a bad mood, they gave me a pager to know when "order is ready" and it never worked. There i was just standing there looking dumb while everyone else got their order and im waiting for my pager to vibrate to get my order. Until the same guy who charged me looked at me and said to just walk up and get my order🙄🤦‍♀️in my head I thought "why did u even give me a pager for then" I just wanted to get out of the place honestly. So unorganized!! Dont wanna make me go in there again

  The new layout of the shop is incredibly poor. Everyone is scattered everywhere trying to get a look at the baked goods and posted menus on the wall that are past the registers where you’re intended to order. The sequence from entering the shop, to viewing the items, to ordering, jumps around making it difficult for individuals to find what they’d like. The cookies were a big draw so having to leave the line and fight the crowds to view them and then back track to the end of line is inconvenient. Seating was a bit tight but expected. Food was okay. Pastrami sandwich was good but heavily skimped on the sauerkraut.

  We visited the new Earl of Sandwich in Downtown Disney on 7/3 and had a mixed experience. The checkout felt a bit distracted, with one cashier helping us texting before we were done paying. Our first table was wobbly and placed right by a door where people kept passing through, so we moved outside to not be hit by the door. The patio music was very loud and clashed with a nearby band, making it hard to talk. The food had a few issues too - an unsecured soup lid, undercooked tater tots, and a sandwich served on the wrong bread. We love Earl's and hope these early hiccups get smoothed out as the location settles in but won’t be returning soon.
