  My daughter and I were very excited, granted she’s very young, but she believes in princesses and she gets ecstatic when she sees anything to do with princesses. Prior to this breakfast we had “met” Elsa and Anna, so I knew my daughter was going to be excited. Upon arrival, we were shoved into the back corner for two in the dining room with other tables with young children. Looking around, everyone has these gorgeous three tiered trays of appetizer. When our waiter came to us, we were given a small white plate with appetizers. Nothing like any other table, even with young children, had received. The appetizers are extremely adult only, I’m not sure what child under the age of 10 eats caviar on warm seafood. The breakfast was mediocre best, everything was out when we walked up there at 9 AM and they have not replenished any of the food, so I’m not sure how long it has been sitting out there. The options are very basic Mickey waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, and fruit. Not in my personal opinion $150 worth of food considering half of it was cold and gone. But again you’re paying for the experience, and so far our experience was very lukewarm. At this point we had already been there for about 30-40 minutes with zero princess sightings, now again we signed for this breakfast it tells you you will guarantee princesses. Which I’m sure is why people book this experience.. While eating, Rapunzel came to the table for a brief one and a half minute, but after that, there had been no more princess sightings wnd my daughter was getting bored- honestly because we’re sitting at a fancy table with no entertainment. The waiter immediately came over to us once they realized my daughter was getting bored, along with other children in our area who were getting out of their seats, he tells us our dessert was to go. Now again, everyone else in the entire restaurant, with children of all ages, had gorgeous three tiered displays of desserts, but we were getting ours in a cardboard box and told to pay and go. I was immediately turned off at the whole experience based on those interactions. We had already been there probably over 1 and a half hours at this point, only had one princess, and we’re now not getting the desert experience every other table was getting on top of us getting our appetizers on a small plate. On our way out, again after being there for over one and a half hours, other princesses came in and only Ariel stopped for a picture with my daughter. The fact that you’re paying $150 for a Disney princess breakfast and we sat there for 1 and a half hours and only saw one princess actually come to our table, did not get the gorgeous display of appetizers and desserts that other table got, and we’re given our dessert to go Box was absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money. Especially considering it is advertised as a princess breakfast where you were guaranteed to see and meet the princesses.

  First off, food was phenomenal. Buffett with Huge cocktail shrimp, prime rib steak, high tea tower of hors d'oeuvres, fresh fruits and desserts, there’s so many varieties you can’t even finish. Then onto the different princesses who steadily came to our table throughout the meal. Always in character, took the time to have full conversions with my 5 year old daughter and never felt rushed. In the span of 2.5 hours, we saw, had full conversations and took photos with 6 princesses. At one point, the restaurant manager who was walking by dropped by our table to ask if there was anything they could do for us and made sure Cinderella, my daughters favorite, would come by our table. And finally, our wonderful waitress who never rushed us, always attentive and providing the best service. Did I mention you also get free valet parking for 5 hours? Just validate your ticket at the restaurant check-in desk. That allowed us to do some shopping after the meal without needing to find parking again. The meal was higher priced for sure, but considering you get top tier food with personalized interactions with so many princesses, it’s a great treat for you and your little one!

  My wife, 2 daughters, and myself attended breakfast here on Thursday August 6th. I cannot explain how fantastic the experience was. The food was amazing and the service was top tier. However, I would like to thank the management. Or at least I believe it was management. We were sitting way in the back, past the buffet, and in the corner. My daughters were OVER THE MOON about meeting the princesses. However, even after sitting for quite some time, we kept seeing them get pulled away just as they were getting close to our table. My wife inquired with staff, as I am sure is done at least one million times a day, if we could have at least Ariel make her way to the table before we left. Two polite women dressed in black and carrying an iPad stepped in to engage with us and made us feel like we were not being a bother. We then had, not only Ariel but three other princesses visit the table and take time with both of our daughters. I want you to know how grateful I am to both of you and the performing cast members. Your kindness created joy in the hearts of my children and memories that they will keep forever. I apologize for not remembering your names. But thank you so much. I know we are but a few faces in the HUNDREDS you must see from moment to moment. But your kindness will echo through the minds of my children. We wish you all the best!

  I appreciate the Rava princess and Jasmine who actually cared to give my biracial daughter with sensory need attention. That was the ONLY redeeming quality about this experience. Upon arrival, it took forever to have even one princess come to the table. I had to specifically advise the supervisor that we have not received anyone at our table. Then upon getting the princesses, I really felt only Jasmine and the Rava princess actually cared to give her the time needed. The rest were lackluster and were not as engaged with our table as the others. Food wasn’t memorable. We had a better time at the buffet with Donald and friends. Save your money.

  Love this experience with my daughter! Totally recommend it if your daughter is going into princess phase.
