  My wife, 2 daughters, and myself attended breakfast here on Thursday August 6th. I cannot explain how fantastic the experience was. The food was amazing and the service was top tier. However, I would like to thank the management. Or at least I believe it was management. We were sitting way in the back, past the buffet, and in the corner. My daughters were OVER THE MOON about meeting the princesses. However, even after sitting for quite some time, we kept seeing them get pulled away just as they were getting close to our table. My wife inquired with staff, as I am sure is done at least one million times a day, if we could have at least Ariel make her way to the table before we left. Two polite women dressed in black and carrying an iPad stepped in to engage with us and made us feel like we were not being a bother. We then had, not only Ariel but three other princesses visit the table and take time with both of our daughters. I want you to know how grateful I am to both of you and the performing cast members. Your kindness created joy in the hearts of my children and memories that they will keep forever. I apologize for not remembering your names. But thank you so much. I know we are but a few faces in the HUNDREDS you must see from moment to moment. But your kindness will echo through the minds of my children. We wish you all the best!

  I appreciate the Rava princess and Jasmine who actually cared to give my biracial daughter with sensory need attention. That was the ONLY redeeming quality about this experience. Upon arrival, it took forever to have even one princess come to the table. I had to specifically advise the supervisor that we have not received anyone at our table. Then upon getting the princesses, I really felt only Jasmine and the Rava princess actually cared to give her the time needed. The rest were lackluster and were not as engaged with our table as the others. Food wasn’t memorable. We had a better time at the buffet with Donald and friends. Save your money.

  Love this experience with my daughter! Totally recommend it if your daughter is going into princess phase.

  Hate Disneyland lines but have a kid who loves princess? Do it! 7 princesses in 1.5 hrs as an 8:15 reservation is I think the key You get all princess and make your presence known with staff so you meet your princess before leaving. Derick server, thank you for your magical experience. The staff coordinating the outside visits with photos were perfect. All in all, a happy 4 year old who had a magical birthday and met sooo many princess at once! Thank you and also so glad it was at Napa rose

  While pricey it was more than worth it. The food and service were phenomenal. Add in the time taken to ensure that all the princesses came by our table to greet us and take a picture was amazing. A must do especially if you're a disney princess fan or have younger children that are.
