Terrible attitude in the happiest place on earth ! Waited an hour to be seated and wouldn’t seat us due to one person hadn’t shown up. Asked to seat just 2 people still wouldn’t let go of the 3 people seating. Just aweful

Very limited menu of heavy, unhealthy options. The only “cajun” item on the menu is a cup of gumbo. You essentially have to choose between deep-fried sandwiches, beef shortrib with mashed potatoes, or a cream-based pasta….not really what you want in your belly when running around in the heat all day….

Super crowded had to book a walk in 30 minutes in advance while waiting in line for a ride.
Service was great, food was average. But definitely a good place to sit and eat at in Disneyland if you’re sick of the popcorn and churros.

This place used to have a very nice vegetarian monte cristo. I went recently, it was >tiny< and hardly any cheese! Before, I would struggle to finish it, last time, I wolfed it down and was still hungry. They've got a nice whiskey mint julep here, tasty, but pretty weak. I'll try other things from now on, no more monte cristo. I read someone else say that it's not what it used to be either, so glad it's not just me.

Because of a storm of bad things, I cannot give this location any higher than one star. I'll go over each category and explain the issues that happened.
Firstly the sandwich was hot and tasty but everything else that came on the plate was old. The mayo dip that was provided had a hard crust on the top, showing that it had sat in a window or fridge as a pre-portion and the chef couldn't even be bothered to mix it before serving, and the French fries were cold and stale -- being extremely unpleasant to eat and some of the worst I've ever had. The jam side was interesting but was so thin that I couldn't get any of it on a knife and had to resort to using a fork and knife on the sandwich for dipping.
Secondly at some point during service a cleaning employee cleaned a table of food scraps by wiping it down, and flinging all of the food scraps at us in the process ! I had to cover my plate to make sure nothing got on. Then another waiter talked to a guest next to our table, by leaning on an umbrella near them, and shook leaves and debris from the top of the umbrella down onto our table, drinks, and plate.
For what little I could try of the drink before it was ruined, which was a lemonade, tasted like it had been mixed in a big Tupperware with an insane amount of table sugar and filled with water from the hose -- kid lemonade stand style.
The waiter that attended to us was fine and attentive.
All in all, for a dining experience charging the prices they are, this location is a joke. Do not ever eat here if this is the quality they feel comfortable sending out. The kitchen should be reprimanded, the kitchens I have worked in would have fired you for sending that out.
