  Me & my family were so happy to finally eat here to end up so disappointed. Service was absolutely horrible !!! 3 different servers our main server was Matt he sucked on the outside tables and not once has checked on any table out here ! Thirsty .. no refill lol. And still waiting on a check It’s like they forget about the outside dining !! Will not be back .

  For years I have wanted to try Bubba Gump Shrimp. I was disappointed. We ordered the ceviche for an appetizer and a bowl for chowder. The chowder came out with the food and the appitizer came out almost 5 minutes after the food. The ceviche was a simple shrimp and avocado salad and was pretty bland. The soup tasted more like a potato soup and I was hard press to see or taste any clams in it. Service was very slow for the whole thing. We ordered a variety of food. The chicken fried steak was dry. The fish dinners were all dremched in their coating and that is all you could taste. The lobster, fish and shrimp flavors were all drown out by the coating. The music was loud enough that it was impossible to have any sort of conversation. We were lucky enough to also have been seated next to a kid that was screaming the entire time we were there. It was over a 20 minute wait to get in and the restaurant wasn't even a quarter of the way full.

  My partner and I didn't feel like theme park food because of the super long lines so we decided to drop into Bubba Gump Shrimp at the Anaheim Garden Walk. The hostesses were welcoming and our server, Cody, was fantastic. He was on top of everything. There was another server who helped out but we didn't get her name but she was fantastic too. The food was delicious. My partner loved his dish and my salmon was cooked perfectly. Definitely will be back.

  Laura was our server, she was super friendly and attentive, we wanted for nothing! As it was our first time ever eating at Bubba G’s, the manager, Maria, came out to greet us and welcome us to the restaurant. She too was very friendly and very helpful. With a team like those two who could ask for more. With the exception of the dessert the food was better than I expected it would be, being large chain restaurant my expectations are never too high, but our meals were better than expected. I mentioned the dessert earlier, we ordered the strawberry shortcake, when it came to the table it was lacking in visual appeal, the strawberries were pale and unappealing, they looked like they were frozen strawberries. Given that we are in the middle of strawberry season it was disappointing, but our server, who had not brought it to the table came to check in with us and saw what had been brought to our table, she said that was not supposed to look like that, and got us another one, this time it looked like what was expected. While Bubba Gump has been open for 30 years this was our first visit, but it won’t be the last. Please thank Laura and Maria for us! Thanks Dennis and Carol

  We had a great experience at this restaurant from start to finish. The food was delicious—everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. It’s definitely a place worth trying, and I would recommend exploring different items on the menu. What truly stood out, though, was the service. Our server, Dee, was amazing. She was attentive the entire time, always making sure we had everything we needed, and she did it with such a kind and professional attitude. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers’ experience. Thanks to Dee, our visit was even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant, both for the food and the outstanding service.
