- BBBria BellOct 16, 20261.0I’ve ordered the Crunchy Shredded Chicken Taco from multiple El Pollo Loco locations and usually love it, but this location was by far the worst. The entire taco shell was extremely greasy and tasted like old frying oil, the filling was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted, and there was barely any chicken inside. The quality was completely different from every other location I’ve tried. Super disappointing, especially when I know how good this taco is supposed to be. They were also out of their soup even with almost 4 hours left until closing

It was very watery and tasted like water hose water. Can’t even compare to tap water. I have the biggest of backs and enjoy many iced coffees and this did not even finish halfway.
