- KSKurt SchutteApr 16, 20261.0One word: Consistency. This location consistently has THE WORST management I've ever experienced at Chipotle, and nearly any restaurant I've visited for that matter. Whether orders are placed online or in store, I consistently wait 30+ minutes for my orders which is insane for a Chipotle. They always seem to be out of or waiting for an ingredient for my order, and online orders are typically inaccurate. I never see any of the employees smile. All of this is unfortunate due to my close proximity to this location. Thankfully the location on La Paz in Laguna Niguel consistently delivers a much more positive experience and I know exactly what I'll get there and when I'll get it even though it's out of the way for me.
