- JAjohn patrick alcoran3 days ago1.0As we entered the restaurant, nobody greeted us even though there was someone in the front cashier. We waited for him to finish what he was doing but didn’t even say a word and just left, maybe on a break as he went outside. The other staff and what seems like a supervisor or manager already saw my wife standing in the front to order but no one came. Nobody ask or entertained us. This location badly needs improvement on customer service.

The wings look unhealthy and shriveled. This makes me sad as I used to like bringing the family here but no more. Its trash and a complete waste of money.

The last order I placed online came with wings that were hard as a rock and difficult to bite into. On another visit, the veggies were clearly old and not fresh. There was also a time when I didn’t receive the sauce I ordered, I only realized it once I got home, which made the meal even more frustrating. Overall, the lack of attention to basic order accuracy makes it hard to recommend.
