  WHY WOULD I ORDER WINSTOP AND HAVE DELIVERED TO ME OUTSIDE OF WINGSTOP Placed an order on the wingstop app 05/29/2026...I selected delivery, it asks you to input your address, did that, proceeded to order my food, checked out, did not change the address to the wing stop address (cause apparently Im going to order delivery and wait outside the wing stop location for my delivery)....I called the delivery company when I noticed the delivery address was wrong, and they told me to call the location, called the location over and over and over with rhe phone just ringing, (you can call that location at any time and no one will pick up the phone) then I get a picture of my order sitting outside the rosemead wingstop location I ordered from marked as delivered....I have called the location daily and still no answer, I have submitted written forms, I have called 3 times and waited for 48 to 72 hours for the store manager to contact me and I have not been contacted.....all three people I spoke with from customer service have said that it is a glitch ON the appp WHY WOULD I ORDER WINSTOP AND HAVE DELIVERED TO ME OUTSIDE OF WINGSTOP I DO LIKE THIS LOCATION THE FOOD IS GENERALLY GOOD, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WAY THEY HANDLE ISSUES MUST BE REVISED.... Has still not been resolved, keep submitting form and calling customer care and get told the will handle it.....still nothing.....07/13/26

  This location sucks. I’ve ordered a few times and each time my order is wrong/missing something. And when you complain they don’t give refunds. Not going back to this one again.

  I ordered large fries, tender, and boneless wings, all with hot honey rub. But when I went home and opened the bag, I got no seasoning on boneless wings and very very less seasoning on fires(looked like they sprinkled some on top only). Also the “large” fries didn’t seem to be large enough.. oh my gosh!! This was the first time I went to this location, not sure if I will be back.. The person working at the register was nice though.

  Horrible wingstop. They gave me only half of my order. I had to go back to get the rest of my order. They insisted it was 2 separate orders, but it was all on 1 ticket. When I went back I showed them it was 1 order and the girl at the front didn't even reply. She just handed me the bag without apologizing or saying anything, she didn't even care. It wasn't 2 order, they just put it in 2 bags and they didn't bother to check. So rude! When you asked for a manager, there wasn't one. Really? They didn't want to get in trouble for doing a shitty job.

  9:30pm today, Alista (served my order) was rude. Long dark braid, tons of makeup and tattoos. No greet, smile. Just quiet, points (instead of helping), and grabs from you, looking misserable. And literally tosses my order. Cant believe they hire someone like that.
