I hope she gets a raise because she deserves it!! I only came here because my friends wanted Taco Bell, I personally don't like it at all and find the food not good, but I would come again just to see Gilda. Gilda, you rock!!!

The employees are consistently making errors, forgetting items, including incorrect ingredients or completely failing to make orders. EVERY. TIME. I order food from this location, there is a problem. I just wasted my entire lunch break waiting for food, after 20mins I asked an employee if my order was ready and received no response. After another 5 mins a different employee came to ask if I was waiting for food, the bag containing my food had been sitting there while they prioritized everyone else's order over mine. The cashier then produced a 'reprint' receipt without the customer satisfaction survey link to avoid receiving negative feedback. The entire headache of a process took an additional 3mins for them to refund my order and I will not see my return for 7-10 business days. I don't think that people should expect much from a Taco Bell, but receiving food hot, when it's ready shouldn't be such an issue.
