  Needs to fix its self checkout or hire more staff this is ridiculously painful to shop at these days.

  Just had to sit in line for 25 minutes to check out at 5 PM on a weeknight. By the end, there was an entire row of people with shopping carts, waiting to check out, but only a single register open. Multiple employees were wandering around the store, but no one seemed to be in charge, and no one made any attempt to open an additional register. It’s quite hard to sell people groceries if you won’t allow them to pay. Store was clean enough and well stocked, but really needs a change of management.

  Security is very unfriendly and thinks everybody is trying to do wrong by the store. I saw them stalking a customer because they had a backpack. They were genuinely just buying groceries. I also saw them count peoples groceries in the 15 or less line and they'll try to reprimand you. I heard them count it and say 'I'll let you go this time'. Poor girl she didn't even know and the security act like everyone is suspicious and she literally had 2 over the limit. Really? So uncomfortable!! Please calm down and stop acting like you own the store. Not every single customer is trying to do something bad! Security is much more friendly at south shore location. 2 stars for the ladies at the check out lines and the staff at the produce section. Very helpful and friendly!

  You all need to get more cashiers and have more than 2 lanes open during the busiest time of day. Its like this almost every time I come here several times a week.

  This place is a sensory nightmare with the constant overcom paging. It's such a bad shopping experience which translates to less business. Also, they have reduced the number of human cashiers, so if you want to buy alcohol (including NA) you have to wait in a long line. We pay higher prices to all of a sudden moonlight as cashiers and bag attendants?? Lastly, I chose to bag my own groceries so I didn't have to wait in those long lines, and none of the grocery bags had handles. This was extremely frustrating when the bags ripped and I had to make multiple trips to carry my groceries. I miss the days when grocery stores played chill music that made you groove while you shopped and grocery store attendants actually had a job to do and did it with a smile.
