I came in with a last minute large order, both of them didn’t complain instead they made friendly conversation and we shared some laughs. This is the experience I miss at grocery stores. These two are great examples of doing customer service right!

- ALAL LJul 19, 20261.0There were some not good experiences I had with this store over the years. There’s this cashier who works there. She doesn’t say hi or thank you. We get it you hate your job. But saying things like hi is the bare minimum of customer service as a cashier and if you can’t do that you shouldn’t be working here. This one time I came in, and after she rang up my items she just gave me this dead look. Even though it was during Covid and people wore masks I knew she wasn’t smiling at me as if she was giving me a dirty look. I didn’t even know what my total was and she just kept staring at me. I couldn’t see the total because I’m visually impaired to some degree, so I asked her what my total was and she acted annoyed before telling me. Another time I came in and noticed a couple of high school aged looking people working as curtesy clerks pushing carts etc. I was walking around the store and minding my business when one of them looked like he was following me around and giving me dirty looks like he had a problem with me being there. Then I heard him gossiping to his other young co workers and whispering about me. It made me uncomfortable.
