  The new Costco style vegetable eggrolls are tasty but still frozen on the inside. The service is pretty absent. And the bistro vibe is pretty simple.

  The staff here is terrible. I went to this restaurant to eat with my husband and daughter, and the restroom smelled awful—like feces. I had no choice to use it anyway, as I am pregnant and couldn't hold the pizz in; I also needed to brush my teeth. As I was leaving, a female employee tried to enter; upon catching the foul odor, she made a face of sheer disgust. I understand being put off by the smell, but she directed that look of displeasure specifically at *me*; she muttered something under her breath and even made a rude remark to another employee. First of all, it is not my fault that the restroom smells bad; and second, they should provide an air freshener or deodorant spray so that customers can spritz the room before leaving. Their poor attitude ensures that I will never return to that place.

  Ordered online a chicken wrap and they sent me a sandwich. $19 was the amount I paid and they refunded $5…I will not being eating it. Waste of money, and bad service. Don’t waste your money this places messes up your order and won’t even remake it they think a $5 refund will solve the problem.

  Only 2 stars so it cant get reported as easily. Truly are hard ZERO STARS! Very disappointing experience overall. Even many of the positive reviews here still seem to mention something negative, which should say a lot. Seeing that the restaurant received a *Conditional Pass* on its health inspection is already concerning enough and does not inspire confidence in the cleanliness and food safety standards. Which will tell us whether it was something like: improper food temperatures poor handwashing / hygiene dirty equipment / fryers food storage issues vermin evidence sanitation failures (Per Alameda County Guidelines) What really pushed this into a terrible experience was the way I was treated when I tried to voice concerns about my order. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the owner called me names and hung up on me. That is absolutely not how customers should be treated. Between the service, the lack of professionalism, and the concerns about cleanliness and consistency, I would not recommend this place unless you like getting sick from your food.
