  I go to Jamba all the time, and almost always it is delicious and fresh. On hot days, I always find myself craving a smoothie, and it's my go-to. I've never found a place that tops their food, and the staff is always so friendly and kind. It's a great place to get a snack, too! The mango smoothie is also SOOO good and I highly recommend it! They also keep their prices fairly reasonable, you can get (close to) a meal for $9 and they often fill it up extra so you get a size up tehehe.✨

  Arrived at 8:50 pm because it said the store closes at 9:00 pm. Walked up, they were mopping and all the signage was turned off as if they were already closed.

  It’s a Tuesday and they say their hours 8a-8p. I came at 9:30 and the store was still closed and no one in sight to open. They need to update their hours!

  Not stoked about the South Shore Center location. The team members are not professional, they aren’t happy with their jobs. I kept getting smoothies here not knowing there was another location in Alameda. They’ve continued to make my smoothies runny and with really long wait times. I hope things improve.

  I would give five stars but they keep those paper straws.Jamba why are you so cheap? Then tease you sometimes with real straws. So annoying. Every other restaurant around there has real straws. Also I use to order on app now they want to charge you a fee to order on app. Not happy.
