- ILingag LevySep 20, 20262.0The reason Vons was given two stars is because usually the employees are very pleasant and helpful, especially the cashier, Natalie. Today however I was in another woman's line. Rude doesn't even get close to her attitude. As I was about to put the seven items on the conveyor belt she threw up her closed sign. Not a word, just the sign. (Even kindergarten kids know how to use their words.) When I confronted her she said, "My light was off!" I responded that I saw it on, to which she just exclaimed, "It was off! I turned it off before you came!" That being said, it would have been nice to be told verbally when I got there instead of just throwing up her sign. I have never met a more rude, unfriendly, angry, obnoxious cashier in my life. If all employees were like her I would NEVER step foot in that store again. If I didn't need the bagles I bought I would have left the cart then and there and walk out.

No self-checkout is annoying since there are frequently long lines. Thanks for the response. Was minor; staff is generally friendly. Still -1 star for no self-checkout : )
- RRRgrJun 27, 20261.0Absolute worst store in this area. Never do they have more than 2 cashiers working. Lines stretch into aisles while “management” just watches. In line today and the checker is asking for help on the phone apparently calling the manager(?). That was a waste of time as no help arrived. The deli counter manager will literally look though you and ignore you, moldy bread, and here is the best one, go to the cheese/hot dog aisle and look at all the brown spoiled meat in the packages. This was a decent store but not anymore. Employees are miserable and quite frankly should quit if it’s that bad as there is no point in being this unhappy in a job.
