  I wasn't Sure about going here because of the Low Ratings. My Experience Was GOOD. EVERYTHING Went WELL SO I Gave Them 5 Stars. All The Employees were Friendly. I went Tonight, Thursday night.

  I was looking forward to trying this Chipotle since it just opened down the street, but the food was disappointing. The customer service was solid and everyone was nice, so I don’t have any complaints there. The issue was the food. It was bland, watery, and just not consistent with what I’ve had at other Chipotle locations. Hopefully it’s just a training issue with it being a new location, but they definitely need to tighten things up. I’ll probably give it some time before I try this one again.

  I’ve given Chipotle and this location multiple chances, but this was the last straw. Nearly every time I order, something is missing from my bowl, or the portions are so small they’re barely worth the price. The serving sizes have become ridiculously inconsistent, yet the prices continue to go up. What’s most frustrating is that when you ask for a reasonable portion, employees often question or challenge you, as if you’re asking for something extra. The quality, value, and customer experience simply aren’t what they used to be. Paying premium prices for tiny portions and incomplete orders is unacceptable. Save your money and spend it somewhere that values its customers.

  Both times I have come to this location it has been pretty horrible. We were pretty happy that a Chipotle was opening so close to home, but I'd rather drive to a different location. Both visits the employees have poor attitudes, they obviously don't want to be here. I saw a manager(or some type of boss) being rude to an employee, in front of customers on our first visit. As I get to the register on the second visit I'm told they are out of chips for the kids meal. Most people use the chips to eat the meat/rice/beans etc. She said it was due to being at the end of the night, they ran out over an hour before closing. If they are out of something they should let the customer know when they're ordering an item which includes a side, that they don't have it. I was given the wrong meat on a kids meal, which made it impossible to eat because of the spices. Seems like this location is not going to do so well if it continues as is.
