    First time ordering from this west side Prasada area location. Pros took about 15min to get our order and the sandwiches were good. Cons they didn't pay attention to our order all three sandwhiches we selected on the JJ app were to be cut in half they were not, asked for napkins none were in the bag, missing the cheese on one of the sandwiches and some of the other added items were missing. Being a 4th of July picnic outside at a park we needed what we requested. So 3 stars for not following our order as selected. I even added a 20% tip and they still got our order wrong, now I wished I didn't tip due to poor service. Even when I came in to collect our App order no one behind the counter even said Hi etc they were more into chatting among them selves instead of welcoming a customer. Not sure if we will order from here again. Not our normal experience with Jimmy John's in Gilbert.

    30 minutes to make a 4 ingredient sandwich, just to screw it up. Consider including a 2nd grade reading comprehension test during your onboarding process. 11am 7/3/26

    These are Jimmy John's words on their website "We specialize in last-minute catering, but 24 hours in advance is always appreciated! For same-day catering, give your local Jimmy John’s" I guess they dont SPECIALIZE in last minute orders. Came in to place an order for 9 subs cut in half aka an 18ct catering tray. They turned me away saying they didnt have enough time so I said okay well let me order 9 subs and then they proceed to tell me they don't have enough bread or time to make my requested order. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE AND HOW JIMMY JOHNS isnt keeping there slogan. Bad for business and this location/service has been bad since opening. They have about 5 or 6 ppl working and everyone inside (about 8 customers) still waiting for there orders.

    Ordered delivery twice this week. Both time I asked for napkins, both times it was listed right on the receipt, both times no napkins. Super frustrating. It’s hot and unwich sandwiches in particular drip all over the place. Management. Please ask your stuff to double check the bag before approving for delivery. Also it’d be nice if you stapled the top of the bag and made sure everything fit vs cramming everything in there. We had sandwiches fall out when we grabbed the bag.

    I had a disappointing experience at Jimmy John's. While the employees were friendly and polite, my order was completely wrong. The only thing they got right was the meat, everything else on the sandwich was incorrect. The restaurant was also extremely loud, which likely contributed to the mistake since it was difficult to communicate my order clearly. However, what bothered me the most was the checkout process. When I paid, I was immediately presented with a tip screen, and there wasn't even a simple $0 option available without selecting a custom tip. Tipping should be a choice, not something customers have to navigate around, especially when the order wasn't made correctly. There are at least six other sandwich shops within a five mile radius, including a brand new one directly across the street. With that much competition, customer experience matters. Unfortunately, this location missed the mark. The staff was nice, but management or the owner should seriously reconsider the atmosphere in the store and the way the tipping system is set up. Because of this experience, I won't be returning to this location.Rating
