My husband and I stopped in for dinner tonight and had such an amazing experience. The second we walked through the door, Dallas’ customer service stood out immediately. He greeted us with so much enthusiasm and kindness, brought our food out with such a positive attitude, and even wished us well as we were leaving. It may seem like a simple thing, but Dallas truly made the experience of grabbing a sub feel special. The food was great, but his energy and genuine kindness were what made the visit memorable. Employees like him are hard to come by, and he absolutely deserves recognition for the way he treats customers!

The store is as normal as any other JJs. However, as soon as I walked in the music was so loud I couldn't hear the cashier. I had to repeatedly ask him to repeat himself. He was very polite but it seems like he was only polite to get a tip. My rule is, unless you're delivering me my food, you're not getting a tip. I'm almost certain his mood changed when he saw I didn't tip. The sandwich wrappers were covered in mustard and he placed a bag next to the sandwiches as if to say, "No tip? Do it yourself then." Not sure if come back again.

Usually pretty good; two common issues though:
1) Its 50/50 if they remember the bottled drink when ordering. Sometimes it is already in the bag (for pickup/delivery) and sometimes it is not.
2) Mayo on the Vito. Vito ingredients shows mayo is not standard but can be added. Customization shows no-mayo but they still keep putting mayo on it. Frustrating.

Dining here is fine, good food - but Dallas is what makes this location amazing! Super kind, humble guy and made my whole time there so enjoyable. Just really wanted to give him props and hopefully his manager lets him know he's appreciated and doing a really wonderful job!

I have ordered here 10 times over the last month every single time I request no onions every single time they put onions on them finally had enough and called to have a sandwich remade girl that answered the phone could’ve cared less didn’t affect her one bit. what a lazy staff mismanaged crew.
