Absolutely horrible. The food is below par for the price. And honestly, I felt as if they should pay me to eat at the establishment. Asian food with not one Asian employee. As some stated, empty trays at 5pm and never to be refilled in my 40 mins of being there. The taste of the food was just awful, over cooked or old from sitting there with the minimal business. Would not recommend.

Me, my husband, and daughter love going here on weekends after a hike from the mountains. The food quality is as we usually expect and the staff are usually lovely to us. But I want to submit a complaint that had left a bad taste in my mouth. I had noticed in the women's bathroom that there was dust buildup on the walls and edges that the air filter leaks out. I also noticed stains on the mirrors. Normally I would ignore some dust buildup in corners, but this was excessive enough that I could wipe it off with my finger. I decided to bring this up with a supervisor available. I don't know if she was a supervisor or a lead waitress but I explained my concerns to this lady in a respectful manner and complimented the service the staff has provided us in the past. She answered with a smile yet defensive and passive aggressively. She explained that they did deep cleanings every Saturday. (I didn't mention this to her but: it was Sunday). She also said that this buildup was from the dust storms, which I understand I live around here but the last few days we haven't gotten many dust storms anymore and it's been rather sunny. Also as I had mentioned I could clean this dust with my finger alone. I felt like she dismissed my concern as a well intentioned patron and I hadn't meant offence in any way. I had forgotten to mention as well that many of the plates had bits of food in them that even my husband who isn't picky noticed and told me. I don't expect much from the restaurants I eat but hygiene should be a pretty good standard to uphold high in a food business. More than the hygiene the response this staff member gave me was what riled me up and set me to write this complaint of a place we frequent. I had expected in the worst case scenario for her to ask me to show her what I had seen but she didn't even hear me out.

First time and last! Paid $39.91 for 2 people and there was barely any food on the hot bar. The fried rice and lo mein that was on the bar , appeared to have been there for awhile. It took a few times to get a clean plate from the “clean plate” station. There was nothing labeled so that you could identify what each item was. Be aware of the tongs because they were absolutely too hot to grab . The food was mediocre at best . We barely ate anything and left quickly . It seemed as though the staff had no focus or care for the customer. We didn’t even try the Mongolian barbecue station. Needless to say, we will not be returning. If you like to eat In establishments that are suspect, this one is for you!

I came in with my husband on Father’s Day and had the most amazing experience. Our server, Melanie, was the cutest girl. She took the time to acknowledge every table and make sure everyone had what they needed. It was our first time at Lin’s, and although she was extremely busy, she still helped me figure out what to eat by giving her recommendations. You don’t see that service from many young people these days, and we are so very grateful we had an amazing server like Miss Melanie. We are very happy with the service, and wanted to share this experience with the public because Melanie deserves it.
