  Love this place. Amazing chicken and steak. The sushi is really good as well.

  Typical Asian buffet. Nothing special. Food was hot. Be careful of serving spoons. The plastic handles were melted! Pay attention to warning signs. Buffet good was mediocre at best. Didn't try Mongolian bbq.

  We love Lin’s; in Casa Grande the food is delicious, and the service provided by the staff is excellent. Unfortunately, the last time we visited, we had an unpleasant incident involving a young woman named Arelis, who was very disrespectful toward my husband; consequently, we stopped coming for a while due to this situation. When we returned today, one of the cooks asked me why we hadn't been back, so I explained the situation to him. About ten minutes later, a woman approached us, identifying herself as the manager—though we were later told she was actually a "captain." She addressed us in a disrespectful manner, without even knowing the details of what had occurred, and proceeded to ban us from returning to the restaurant. When my husband asked to speak with someone of higher rank or the owners, she claimed there was no one else available. I would like to clarify that this entire incident was actually instigated by this very same "manager." My husband left his phone number so that you—the owners—might contact him to help resolve this highly unpleasant situation, of which you really ought to be made aware. Thank you very much; we hope to have the opportunity to speak directly with you, rather than with an individual who has acted unprofessionally within your establishment, thereby tarnishing Lin’s good name.

  We were seated right away in the buffet had plenty of fresh food The stir fry selections were really good and they cook the meat just the way we wanted it it was a very good experience

  I had a really disappointing experience at Lin's Grand Buffet. While eating at the buffet, I grabbed some sesame chicken and when I cut into it, the meat was visibly pink inside. That’s a serious food safety concern. I brought it to an employee’s attention, and they said they would let the manager know. When my waitress came over, she first tried to say it was sweet and sour chicken and that it’s supposed to look like that. I corrected her that it was sesame chicken, and she then insisted the pink color was just “seasoning” and that it was normal. Chicken should not be pink when fully cooked. After that, she avoided me for the rest of my visit. She continued checking on everyone else at my table and offering refills, but made a clear effort not to interact with me at all. No one followed up, no apology was given, and nothing was done to address the issue. Very poor customer service and a concerning lack of food safety awareness. I will not be returning.
