There was a hijabi shes absolutely phenomenal! So funny and friendly. I would definitely recommend her service to anyone. I’d happily go back just to get the same box I got last time. It tasted so good. Amazing service and such a great experience

A biit awks cause I feel you racially profiled me. I ordered something alcoholic, the staff warns me it has alcohol in it. I...know..? In the signage, it mentions so. You are a french patisserie it is to be expected. Anyway, I felt a bit awkward because I felt like I they thought because i'm not black or white = must be a muslim and cant have booze which was a tad embarassing. You can have tan skin and not be from a islamic country you know🥲It is not really a compliment. I don't want to seem like a karen but just be mindful of how that can feel for someone Great selection of stuff atleast, though quite pricy. Quality is same as in france.

I had such a lovely experience at Ladurée Broadgate. From the moment I walked in, the place felt calm, elegant, and really welcoming. The staff were honestly amazing. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout. You can tell they work well as a team and really care about the customers. The food was perfect, easily 10 out of 10. Everything looked beautiful and tasted just as good. Overall, it’s a great place with a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy quality food. I’ll definitely be coming back again.
