  Yes, I’d like to make a complaint about the café bar at Nordstrom‘s at Stanford mall I was there this evening and they were they had everything closed and everything washed and offered coffee and tea only and did not want to make the non-dairy drinks and I made a special trip to drive there to go there for a special occasion and the girl her name was Alice and she did not want to make the drinks and I had to ask for a manager and she said there wasn’t a manager and then I had to ask if it was part of Nordstrom‘s and I go there almost every day and there are lovely people working there, but Alice was very rude. She was not gracious about the nice tip that I gave her and it was only begrudgingly that she made the drinks and then she did not fill them up all the way like all the other people do and she did it probably 3/4 of the way for the non-dairy drinks and I spent over $50 and I just feel it’s very important to document how rude she was and that no Customer should be treated that way Nordstrom‘s advertises. It’s open until eight and she was closed for business at 7:10 PM this evening on April 2 thank you very much.

  Has to return some shoes (unworn) & they found the cc charge on their system (I lost the receipt). SUPER helpful.

  Nice place to stop by and get a cappuccino ☕️. Outdoors, shade, typically great weather. Serves as a decent break from shopping 🛍. Poor signal for data & hotspot so plan wisely.

  Hot Black coffee like water, Ice mocha Bianca with disgusting milk The employees doesn’t have manners, so they have pretty bad organization.
