  I ordered two large family platters from them for a party… but unfortunately, the salad was filled with sand. The lettuce was not washed at all. This was quite embarrassing in front of the guests and really ruined the birthday. I called to report this the next day, they were not at all apologetic. They did say they would refund the money but they never did. The tone of the owner on the phone was also quite entitled and rude. Would never buy from them again. See the sand in the lettuce in the photo attached.

  The Saj sandwich was perfectly crispy and absolutely delicious! The staff were warm and friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend it—it’s a must-try!

  Bad experience, rude manager . They make you wait and say they ran out of chicken happened to me three times. They don’t know how to run a business. Smh

  - Great as advertised. Very tasty shawarma with generous portions and high value for money. The whole team was quick at serving people and making sure the toppings and sauce are to my liking. Reggie really walks the talk, would definitely be back.

  I just wanted to share my appreciation for the amazing service I received from Shawarma Garlic & Onion. I ordered through Uber Eats, but unfortunately, the wrong items were delivered. When I contacted the restaurant, they went above and beyond by offering to personally bring me the correct order. I mentioned I was at Queensway Hospital and would handle it with Uber, but they still insisted on delivering a fresh, hot meal to me. They even included a complimentary dessert and drink, which was such a thoughtful surprise. After a long and difficult day at the hospital, their kindness truly meant a lot. Thank you for going the extra mile and making my day a little better!
