- LVLorelei VollmannOct 11, 20261.0Service was awful. I ordered the Thai Beef soup and confirmed with the cashier. I waited for my food for a while and still no soup. I discovered my receipt said “Pad Thai”. I went up to the cashier to explain the mistake. She told me “I know you said Pad Thai not Thai soup” I then asked for a refund and she argued with me over it. I walked away upset and had to get my spouse to go up and talk to her. It was very upsetting.
- NMNC MokelkyOct 6, 20262.0My hubby and I have had Thai Express in other locations, with good food and service, but we will not be returning to this location. Last time we had food there, our vegetables and meat were undercooked. When I went back to the cashier to let her know, she did not seem concerned, did not offer to make it right, and did not let the cooking staff know (to my knowledge). Very disappointing and will not eat there again.
- KKKiranjit KaurSep 26, 20261.0My husband and I were at Cross Iron Mall today. My husband ordered food from Thai Express. He had a hair in his hair that was so long, but when they brought him back the food and said, "Just keep it here," he didn't answer anything more than that. Before eating here, you should check to see if there is hair in your food.
- MSMatthias StalderSep 10, 20261.0Can't recommend it. Ordered chicken and meal was mixed chicken/tofu. 2nd meal was ordered as vegi but had multiple pieces of chicken in it.
- ATAnil TalwarAug 12, 20261.0Awful experience. We ordered 2 Pad Thai with Tofu. The 2 plates were totally different in taste. One prepared by the chef was great but the second one much to my chagrin as I learnt when I complained was made by a trainee who joined just ONE day before. They are training staff at customer expense. Pathetic. Be wary of who cooks for you.
