Disgustingly disappointing for a burger place I've enjoyed going multiple times. Time was also another issue. The staff said the food would take 5 minutes, but it took nearly 10. This caused me to not even eat-in, but rather take-out. Arrived home later and called the store. Called around 3 times, but wouldn't even respond. Never going again to Arby's. Not only ruined my mood, but wholly my whole evening. 1 STAR for sure.
