    I had a very disappointing experience with Subway's online ordering system. I placed an order through the official Subway website, and my payment was successfully processed. The money was deducted from my account, and at first, it even showed that my order was completed. However, a few moments later, I received a message saying that my order had been cancelled. I visited the restaurant in person, but the staff refused to help and simply told me to contact customer service because it was a "website issue." I don't understand how this is not the restaurant's responsibility when I placed the order through Subway's official website and my payment was already taken. The customer service is extremely poor. If a customer's money has been deducted, the restaurant should either prepare the order or immediately process a refund instead of refusing to help.
