- JGJoseph GruberApr 17, 20171.0Ever since Metro sold it. It's awful, overdraft fees given 24 hours a day. Because they say transactions can process anytime. But I had money in 7pm that evening wake up to -0 balance. No refunds ever offered even though I have been issuing them for years and quite a bit of money goes through monthly. Half of the time deposits not available next day or there is a hold. No one can give straight answers. Online banking ALWAYS has issues and drive thru takes forever. Only reason I have stayed is I don't want to change my account number but I definitely will be making a change asap. BEWARE and Bank somewhere else!!!!!!
