Very unhelpful I should be able to access any amount of my funds regardless. they said they can’t fix my spending limit that’s under my debit I’m trying to pay a security deposit for a place and can’t access large amounts of funds that’s like 1200$ all they said is I need to drive to the closest branch which is an hour from me and sign a paper and wait for it to be approved for me to have 1 day of being able to pull large funds. I work hard for my money to be told how much and when I can use it. Is absolutely crazy.

When Blaze was Spire it was amazing. Now that they have merged and it's Blaze, is it by far the worst bank out there. DO NOT, by any means sign up or bank with this horrible bank. They do not care one bit about customer satisfaction or support. Every single time we have called in they are super rude, not helpful and downright nasty to be honest. We were customers for many, many years, but the merger wrecked this for us. We moved on from this bank as everyone should. Horrible bank, stay away.

Took My Money Without Telling Me My Account Was Already Revoked I am sharing this because what happened to me should not happen to any customer, especially one with a known medical condition. I am currently on disability and living with a traumatic brain injury that affects my memory and daily functioning. The branch manager was fully aware of this. We had a detailed, in-person conversation about my condition shortly after I was discharged from the hospital. Despite that, here is what happened. I had a small remaining balance of $77 on a personal loan that I believed had already been resolved. The moment I became aware of it, I went into the branch and paid it immediately. During that same visit, I also made my car payment and paid approximately $700 in cash toward my credit card. What no one told me, at any point during that in-person transaction, was that my credit card had already been revoked. So from my perspective, I walked in, corrected the issue immediately in good faith, and put a substantial amount of money toward a credit line that had already been shut down without my knowledge. I was not given the opportunity to make an informed decision. No one disclosed that material fact before accepting my payment. I only learned about the revocation after the fact. That is not just poor communication. That is a serious failure in how a customer is handled during a live financial transaction. What makes this worse is that the bank had prior, direct knowledge of my cognitive impairment. There was every opportunity to ensure I understood the status of my account before taking my money. That did not happen. Now I am left dealing with restricted access to credit, uncertainty around my accounts, and the consequences of a situation I tried to fix immediately and in good faith. I am documenting this carefully and giving the bank the opportunity to resolve it. But consumers should be aware of how this was handled.

It is after some consideration and help from the support team and Cris Fritz that any of these institutions have their hiccups but blaze actually does respond immediately.
