    Better service at OZK than any other bank, app is awesome and when I have to call, they provide a very prompt and professional customer service, when I physically visit I like saying hello to the lovely ladies working there;)

    Every bank employee that I have come in contact with has been friendly, knowledgable, and goes out of their way to accommodate my needs. I recently re-located from Little Rock. This Pleasant Grove branch is the one my husband and I chose to use. The atmosphere is professional, warm and inviting.
