  This branch is my favorite to go into, because of the people! Zoe gave me a Google Review request card, and asked for an honest review.. I like all the tellers at this branch, they are ALL very friendly and know how to do their jobs well. It’s always nice to see Zoe’s smiling face.. even if she isn’t helping me on a given day, she still takes a moment to say “hi” and acknowledge the customers she recognizes. I just always walk out of this branch happy! It’s because of your pro tellers and their friendliness. See y’all soon!

  they have the worst banking if you want to shop online forget it because they deny every transaction and if you are smart you will get a new bank because they act like your money is there and then when another place send a order through and it not you they let it go through and it is fraud.and you have to call and tell them who would have thought It like it rocket science. and if I could have given less I would and it not that they don't have good people working there it just there platform they use is the worse it like none of them will talk to the head people and tell them about it But i understand that they would be fired will if you want send this to them and have them call me but by next month i will be done with them for good.

  Hallie was very helpful. She was not only good at her job, you could tell she was genuinely a good person. The entire staff worked as a team to resolve any issues I had. I highly recommend doing business with Bank OZK.

  My husband and I needed help and a young man named Pete at the Ozark main branch on Commercial street went above and beyond to help us. He even called me back the next day to follow-up and offer his assistance. Customer service isn't what it used to be but this young man gave me hope that there are still people willing to help not just showing up for a paycheck!
