  I dropped by the North Hills branch to cash in a bag of change since I knew from past use they had a change counting machine. Unfortunately, the old school machine had broken down and a part was no longer available to repair it. Cydney was so kind and offered to count out the change for me. It was right after lunch and I told her I would help and that way she could assist other customers since one person was out for lunch. Cydney was so friendly yet professional with me and everyone that came in during that time. An hour later, we had gotten the change counted and rolled - she and another employee had helped everyone that came in the lobby. During the time I spent at this branch, I’d say Cydney is great at taking care of her customers , along with offering a friendly greeting to everyone that came in for business. She also seemed to get along well with her co-workers. I experienced great customer service from Cydney and will look forward to her assistance next time I return!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with Cydney! She was incredibly friendly, professional & patient. She took the time to thoroughly explain my account information, answer my questions & make sure I understood everything without ever making me feel rushed. Cydney truly went above and beyond & made my banking experience so pleasant. She is an absolute asset to Bank OZK & deserves recognition for her exceptional customer service. Highly recommend her!

  The person that worked with made my experience wonderful. I cannot believe to say how much knowledge and information the person had to help resolve my issue. Not only that, but also the person was very down to earth, easy to talk to, and to get along with. She was the best. She was willing to do anything that I needed. Enough good thing could never be said about her.
