    Losing my sister has been incredibly difficult, but Bailey Wells at Bank OZK made the process of opening her estate account seamless and stress-free. Bailey handled everything with the utmost empathy, patience, and professionalism. She clearly explained the documentation needed, answered all my questions, and guided me through every step during a very emotional time.
