  I had an outstanding experience at the Bank OZK Otter Creek branch. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, kindness, and respect. A special thank you to Kari H. for taking the time to answer all of my questions and making the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about helping. I’d also like to thank Tyler H. for jumping in and adding a little help to the experience too lol. His positive attitude and willingness to assist didn’t go unnoticed. And a special thank you to Branch Manager Adrian S., who even offered me a seat while everything was being handled. That simple gesture of hospitality spoke volumes about the level of customer service at this branch. From DWAY LLC, we sincerely appreciate all of your help, professionalism, and support.
