- GHGene HortonSep 12, 20261.0There are many times when someone cannot make it to the bank during business hours. If a night deposit is made, particularly at this location, the chance of the night deposit being taken care of at the first of the morning like it was when it was Bank of the Ozarks, and EVERY other bank I have used, it's almost guaranteed to be zero. I do not know if policies has changed or if it is simply lax employees, but there is absolutely a change. I am not intending to be rude, but it is very frustrating to repeatedly check online at your account to ensure that the night deposit went through, and see nothing and have to call around midday to try to find out. Not a terrible bank, but very disappointing.

I relocated from Alma, AR in 2022 and my new local branch is this one on Malvern Ave in Hot Springs. I have to give a shout out to Kristi for how amazing, kind, and professional of a teller she is. I have 6 locations to choose from in Hot Springs, but this will always be my go to because of her! You will not meet a kinder person. She always makes my day better when I get to interact with her!
