  We have received the absolute best customer service from Courtney Collins at Bank OZK in Harrison, Ar.! She graciously goes the extra mile to assist us navigating accounts, answering questions and returning our calls. She greets us by name and always with a smile. Candice Collins has also been a big help ordering checks and helping us problem solve. Highly recommend!!!

  I recently open an account with Bank OZK I want to say thanks to Courtney especially for helping me with my account and explaining how the financial world works she made sure that I understood how to read my bank statements she understood that I really didn't understand how to do this stuff and took a lot of stress out of my life so once again Courtney thank you so much for all of your help I couldn't have done it without you

  Bank OZK ripped me off, wasted my time, lied to me, closed my account for no reason, refused to give me a new account for no reason, refused to provide a replacement debit card. Really anything I expected was part of a normal account isn't. The staff is terribly rude and the branch managers never come to the phone. Everyone is a gatekeeper. Awful service from awful people by a terrible bank. It is unbelievable how bad you treat your customers.
