- KLKas LDec 15, 20251.0Went to the drive through for a cash deposit. Waited 20 minutes because their counting machine got jammed. We went inside and the machine had a different amount than what we counted. The teller did not count the money before putting it in the machine, which would seem like standard practice. So, she had no idea how much money we gave her. After 25 minutes bank deposited what we said we handed them and are doing an audit to assure it's the correct amount.

And when you do they are obviously inconvenienced by your presence. Looks like it's time to switch back to the small town banks that still care. It was nice having an app to use but not worth the drive for this kind of treatment.
