  Very frustrated with the customer service folks that answer the phone. Tried multiple times to get through to a rep today and have been on hold 30 to 45 minutes each time What on earth is going on? Customer services reps actually supposed to represent the company they work for, however, do not reflect on the folks that actually work in the branches. This hasnt happened before and ive never had an issue getting through. Im just plain mad at the fact the bank reos are dropping the ball. Im starting to regret my decision on changing banks.
