  Our father passed away in October, 2025. In March, 2026, my sister and I got together to finalize some things. We asked the funeral director we used, who he would suggest for a headstone in Calvary Cemetery in Forest Lake, and he suggested Midwest Monuments. Having never done this before, we thought it would be about a 1/2 hour meeting. From the very start, Craig and Elise were fantastic and we knew we were in the right place. They talked us through all the decisions that needed to be made, and had several graphics to look at. By the end of the appointment, which was more like 2 hours, it felt like we were friends! We even had a beverage and watched some of the Iowa State Gurls Basketball Tournament on their television together! Craig and Elise made an emotional appointment very comfortable and light hearted, which was exactly what we needed.

  Craig and Elise were absolutely wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, I began this process after being scammed by an out-of-state company, so I was feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about what to do next. From the moment I reached out to Craig, he jumped right in to help. He was incredibly kind, compassionate, thoughtful, and respectful throughout the entire process. Craig took the time to walk me through every step, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed along the way. What I expected to be a long and stressful process ended up being much smoother than I ever imagined, and our memorial was completed much sooner than the anticipated timeline. I truly felt supported from beginning to end. When I saw the finished memorial for the first time, I was completely amazed. It was even more beautiful than I could have imagined and exceeded every expectation I had. It is a lasting tribute that means so much to our family. I cannot recommend Midwest Memorials highly enough. If you're looking for a company that genuinely cares about the families they serve and takes pride in their craftsmanship, you won't find a better team than Craig and Elise.

  My mom and I had the pleasure of working with Craig for a memorial plaque to honor my dad for his dedication for all his years of service placing flags at the cemetery on Memorial Day. Craig designed a beautiful plaque that was so personable and beautiful. So many people commented how exceptional it is. Highly recommend Midwest Memorials. The communication and dedication to make it a smooth process was remarkable. The plaque can be seen at American Legion Post 61 in Prescott at the flag memorial. Thank you Craig for your outstanding customer service!

  We are so grateful to Craig and everyone involved in creating the headstones for my parents and my grandson. This was a very emotional experience for our family, and Craig treated us with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions, listened to what was important to us, and made sure every detail was just right. The finished headstones are absolutely beautiful and are a meaningful, lasting tribute to our loved ones.
