Chardonnay Assisted Living Twin Falls is an all-inclusive facility that serves the elderly in need of memory care. We currently have three homes in Twin Falls, ID. Two 15-bed homes located next to the St. Luke's Clinic and Thompson Park at 1045 Carriage Lane and an 11-bed home located at 162 Blake St N.
We offer private rooms and suites that are spacious and comfortable. We provide complete dining services, activities, assistance with medications, help with bathing/dressing, medical care, and a qualified staff that is dedicated to caring for you or your loved ones.
