Eagle Rock Physical Therapy (ERPT) located in Rexburg, Idaho. We are a manual therapy solutions based clinic in Eastern Idaho and have been serving residents of Rexburg 2007 through our Idaho Falls clinic. The Rexburg clinic was opened in 2021 to bring our specialities closer to the Rexburg area residents.
