The money aspect was described with a printed pricing list. The chapel was beautiful and he explicitly went out of his way for us plenty of times. He showed compassion and care, the daughter of the deceased asked to do the makeup and hair and he made it happen with the help of the lovely Jolee. Everything was simple with how he helped and made it a lot easier on us. Much thanks Clarke and those at Alsip, you guys are amazing
