  If I could give them a zero rating I would! I took my son (not even a year old yet) to this Daycare for a bit and pulled him out the minute I found a new Daycare better suited for us! They don't have an app so I couldn't check in on him when needed and when I would text them they would tell me he was good. I go to PICK UP my kid, to be handed his daily paper of what he did that day and how much he ate, 1 OUNCE IN A FULL DAY AND THEY DID NOT HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CALL ME!!! After that, I said, CALL ME FOR NOW ON IF HE'S NOT EATING BECAUSE NOW HE IS STARVING ALL DAY AND CRYING TREMENDOUSLY WHEN I PICK HIM UP!! Happened again. No call. Third time they called. I was on my way, text from them, "We were able to get him to eat 3oz." Still, not ENOUGH!! I do not recommend this Daycare to ANYONE!! Took him to his other Daycare and guess what? They heated up his bottle and he ate immediately for them! They had an app, they would call me with any and all emergencies. This Daycare can't bother. They rather see your child SUFFER.

  My boy has been here for 6 months now and the amount of growth I’ve seen in him is amazing. I can’t thank his teacher, Markel, and the rest of the BB staff for having him! Definitely love having him here!

  My kiddo has been with this daycare for a year now, having moved from infants room to toddler. I have had great relationships with his teachers from the start. We have good communication, and they show a lot of care for the kids. They know each little person's unique personality and needs. I feel safe with them. My son's teachers Markel and Rachel are able to comfort him at drop off because they treat him like their own little nephew. 💖

  Miss Hailey has been the most wonderful and attentive teacher to my son. She’s calm, caring and assertive. I couldn’t be happier that he got to experience a teacher like her in his time here at the daycare center.

  A special shoutout to the wonderful 2-year-old class at Brighter Beginnings! As a mom of four, it brings me so much comfort knowing my two children in this class are being cared for by such kind, patient, and attentive teachers. I can truly tell they are in a safe and nurturing environment every day. I really appreciate the consistent updates through the app, which help me stay connected and informed throughout the day. My children are always happy, clean, and well cared for at pickup, which speaks volumes about the level of care they receive. Brighter Beginnings does an excellent job with cleanliness, communication, daily logging, and creating fun, engaging activities for the kids. It's clear that the staff genuinely cares about the children and their families. Thank you for everything you do! We are so grateful to be part of the Brighter Beginnings family. ❤️😊
