Whenever I go to church here, I go up the big outside staircase, then, once inside, I go up more stairs so I can sit on the balcony. (The balcony is not wheel chair accessable, but the main chapel is. There is an elevator.)

It is different from most LDS chapels with its round ceiling above the pulpit and ornate stained glass windows. Originally built as a tabernacle, then converted to a Stake Center, and finally re-fitted to be a ward building as it stands today. This is an historic land mark and building in the Malad community and church. I was privileged to serve as a Bishop in this building and it will forever hold a special place in my heart.
