  Liz was fabulous! I loved that she asked what song do you see yourself walking down the aisle to. It made it sound magical. I was crying and I’m not even the bride.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Downtown Bridal in Idaho Falls! I was shopping for a dress for my son’s wedding as the Mother of the Groom, and I found the perfect dress. The selection was beautiful, and the customer service was exceptional. A special thank you to Liz Dalessi, the Assistant Manager, who helped me throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and truly made the experience enjoyable. Her attention to detail and genuine care helped me find a dress that made me feel confident and beautiful for such a special occasion. Downtown Bridal offers so much more than wedding attire. They have gorgeous wedding gowns, stunning prom dresses, and beautiful options for formal events, galas, date nights, and other special occasions. If you’re looking for quality, style, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Downtown Bridal. I’ll definitely be back!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at Downtown Bridal! From the moment we walked in, everything was organized, welcoming, and stress-free. The selection of dresses was absolutely stunning, and there were so many beautiful options to choose from. Sarah (I hope I’m remembering her name correctly!) was amazing. She was kind, professional, confident in what she was doing, and made the entire experience feel special. She listened to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Dress shopping can feel overwhelming, but Downtown Bridal made it such a fun and memorable experience. I would highly recommend them to any bride looking for beautiful gowns and exceptional service! 💕👰‍♀️✨
