  Liz was absolutely amazing. I had a very hard and emotional experience at another shop. Called to see what they would have. Her sincereness and kindness just had me in tears, hmjust iver the phone. When I arrived to the shop she made the experience so great and found something to order. Highly recommend her and Downtown Bridal!

  Ashley was SO attentive and so gentle and sweet. Every single time my daughter turned, Ashley, readjusted the skirt and train. Highly recommend due to selection and customer service.

  We absolutely loved working with Kathy at Downtown Bridal. She was extremely helpful and boy does she know her stuff. We left with tailor recommendations, matching tie ideas, and where to buy the perfect shoes. No better dress shop in town.

  Downtown Bridal was an absolute dream!! There are so many different styles to choose from and are so much more affordable than other shops I’ve been to. The staff were so personable and so so helpful in finding my dream dress

  Ashley and Liz were so kind and helpful with everything! They took care of each of the dresses and made it seamless and easy to try on many in a short amount of time. They were so helpful with all of it! Loved how kind they were and willing to adjust and help with all the different knacks.
