Bringing him home from Mexico was a complicated process, but they handled every detail with professionalism, compassion, and care. Michelle was truly amazing. She spent time with me explaining everything, answering my questions, and offering support that went far beyond what was required. Her kindness, patience, and genuine concern meant more to me than words can express. What touched me most was that even after the services were over, Michelle reached out to check on me and see how I was doing. That level of compassion is rare and made me feel truly cared for during an incredibly difficult journey. I am deeply grateful for everything they did for my husband and for me. I highly recommend them to anyone needing caring and compassionate funeral services.

- SMStan MilburnJun 4, 20261.0The only reason I rated this company one star is because they didn't offer a zero rating.This used to be a great funeral home that my family has used for three plus generations, now they are ran by a corporate company called carriage services out of Texas. They have got rid of all the local people that used to manage it and now they've brought in people from Texas, they're very unconsiderate MONEY hungry, uncompassionate people. We recently had a very bad experience with them with a family member that we actually had to move from their facility across the road, to Flahiff's funeral home and they did a great job at almost half the price after paying Dakan for holding him for a couple days. I would highly recommend anyone to not use this company.
