They were incredibly patient, compassionate, sympathetic, and genuinely caring every step of the way. Every single person we encountered made us feel like we were being cared for by family. They guided us through the entire process with so much kindness and understanding, answered every question, gave us the time we needed, and somehow made such a difficult process feel manageable. Everything went beautifully and without a glitch, allowing us to focus on honoring our son, Diego, instead of worrying about all of the details. We will forever be grateful for the dignity, love, and care they showed Diego and our entire family. A very special thank you to Victoria, Michelle, Bob, and everyone else who helped our family. Your kindness, patience, compassion, and the genuine care you showed us will stay in our hearts forever. You need caring professionals to guide you during the most intense tragic times one has to deal with. Love, and compassion are the trade mark of All Dakan staff members. They listen, they even tear a little with you. Everything I needed to help me cope and grieve the loss of my wife they provided. They took the time to talk and made sure I received the service I needed and at the price I could afford. They care and that shows in everything they do to take care of the deceased and living.
