We had a difficult and very poor experience with another local daycare so we were hesitant to send our infant to another facility. However, Boise Kindercare has gone above and beyond! Miss Greta is kind and gentle with our son and sends timely updates throughout the day. Sabrina has been an exceptional communicator and facilitates high quality care in the infant room. Both Sabrina and Miss Greta take the time to transition my infant into the daycare setting each week. They pay attention to his individual needs and communicate their expertise to continue facilitating a positive environment for my infant. We feel confident sending our infant here and know he is in safe hands!

We joined Kindercare in Boise in early April when my son was 3 months old. The current director, Sabrina, is phenomenal. She made me feel as ready and confident as I could as a first time mom to take my baby to daycare. We love Ms. Greta and Ms. Amanda who are the two primary infant room teachers we have been in contact with. They truly love every child and make me feel completely at peace leaving my child in their care. All I need to know is that he is safe and loved and I know that's the case here! Highly recommend kindercare in Boise!!
I brought my first to Kindercare when he was about 2 months...he is 6 months now and I am so happy with my decision. The staff is so loving, they know him so well and take such good care of him. They tailor to his needs, they know his quirks, and they have been so reassuring. It's always clean and comfy. The infant teachers are the loveliest ladies. The entire staff is just wonderful. I had so much anxiety about daycare and I have so much trust in Kindercare now. It's such a relief!
KinderCare has proven to prioritize profit over quality care. Ever since they took over the facility has been understaffed for the number of children in attendance, leading to class closures on a semi frequent basis. There are too many better options in the valley that prioritize childcare over shareholders.

Changes at Kindercare happen with little notice and there is a poor follow-up plan to address them. I would not recommend this daycare. Unfortunately, it feels like they do not prioritize the kids or their families. Communication is consistently poor, leaving parents frustrated and in the dark about their child’s day.
The 5-star reviews you see were from when this daycare was called BDLC. Back then, the staff did an amazing job, engaging the children, keeping parents informed, and creating a warm, supportive environment. Since Kindercare took over, things have changed drastically for the worse. Activities for the children are minimal, the nurturing atmosphere is gone, and overall, it’s just not the same.
What was once a daycare that truly cared about kids and families now feels impersonal and disorganized. I cannot recommend this location in its current state.
