  As a first-time parent, choosing a daycare was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. Leaving my son for the first time was definitely emotional, but almost five months later, I truly couldn’t be more grateful for the care he receives here. I love getting updates throughout the day and seeing all the pictures of him. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing what he’s doing and how he’s doing while I’m at work. Ms. Dias and all the other teachers in the infant room are absolutely amazing. They keep up with so many things throughout the day, and I truly appreciate all the care, patience, and attention they give to the babies. I understand that with multiple infants in one room, it’s not always possible to give one child individual attention every second, but overall, I couldn’t be happier with our experience. My son is always happy and excited when we arrive, and to me, that says so much about the environment he is in and how comfortable and loved he feels there. As a first-time mom, knowing that my baby is happy, safe, and well cared for means everything to me. I’m so thankful we chose this daycare and especially grateful for all the teachers who take care of my son every day. 🩵

  Our son absolutely loves going to pre-K each day. His teachers are so welcoming and friendly. There hasn’t been a day that goes by that he doesn’t say “I love my school”. We couldn’t be more happy with it!

  I have been using Townelake kindercare for all 3 of my children for 8 years now. I have never had any issues with their staff. They are almost like a family to me. Ms. Angelo, Melissa, and Stacy are always so nice and friendly. I will miss them once my two youngest ones go to middle school.

  It is the best daycare I could have found; my children are super happy and the teachers are very kind. I would always recommend KinderCare—it is the best place you can trust with your children.

  As first-time parents, choosing childcare was one of the most important decisions we've made, and unfortunately, our experience at Towne Lake KinderCare was not the right fit for our family. Our daughter was enrolled for only one week before we decided to withdraw. During that time, there were several concerns that impacted our confidence in the level of care being provided. On one occasion, we arrived to find our infant on the floor crying while a teacher appeared to be observing from a chair rather than actively comforting her. We also noticed dried milk in our daughter's hair after being told she had been cleaned up, which raised concerns about attention to detail and cleanliness standards. Additionally, we found the infant room to be uncomfortably cold on multiple occasions. While maintaining a safe temperature is important, the environment did not feel comfortable for young infants. I do want to acknowledge that Director Angela and Assistant Director Melissa were kind, professional, and willing to meet with us to discuss our concerns. They listened respectfully and appeared genuinely interested in addressing the issues we raised. Ultimately, however, we did not feel comfortable continuing care and decided to seek a different childcare option. Every family has different expectations and experiences, but we hoped for a higher level of attentiveness, cleanliness, and overall care for our daughter.
