- JEJennifer EmersonDec 14, 20191.0Incredibly unprofessional. Two days before my brothers funeral they called and said they had double-booked their parlor. We would not be able to have the service there. We had already published the date/time/location. We had already told our people. We had already paid. And now we literally had no where to hold the service. At that short notice we were not able to book elsewhere. In our time of sorrow and grief we were treated terribly.
