You all should be embarrassed to conduct a funeral services at your facility on Shurlinh drive facility without adequate air conditioning or any circulating ventilated air in the facility. To not even provide fans or hand fans to the participants of the service is ridiculous. That's unthoughtful and inhumane, to have people subjected to this Georgia Heat and a facility not adequately available for occupancy. For people to have a service . I hope that you are already rendering compensation to the family for this inhumane treatment and disrespect to the family and the deceased. More than a verbal apology is needed to rectify this unjustified action.

Incredibly unprofessional. Two days before my brothers funeral they called and said they had double-booked their parlor. We would not be able to have the service there. We had already published the date/time/location. We had already told our people. We had already paid. And now we literally had no where to hold the service. At that short notice we were not able to book elsewhere. In our time of sorrow and grief we were treated terribly.
